5.450. millions of eurus . we don't want to interfere and much less us the germans . the slovak democracy evolves in a stable way and previously we had seen the opposite . in this intervention i intend to stand out and to systematize the six aspects of the evolution of the hungarian situation with a view to the adhesion to the european union , worthy of particular mention . for that reason , it satisfies me to see that that matter has been examined in the general report on the amplification of the sr . lastly , i must mention an ominous cloud that hangs on europe and i should specify that i say it to personal title. 23 years ago bulgarian secret agents threw a criminal campaign in western europe and they attacked certain people , among them my friend georgi markov , well-known writer and integral part of the media that it was murdered in a street of london in the middle of day . the creation of a group of high level is something that i recommend my colleagues . the report that i have the honor of subjecting them and that it has also been approved unanimously in commission it verifies that the part of the territory controlled by the legal authority fulfills the political he/she faces in these moments . the democracy is not only a question of majorities but mainly of a balanced codecisión of the minorities . the countries candidates should be considered equally and their adhesion will depend exclusively on its own development . at the same time we must recognize the efforts deployed by countries like lithuania , to compensate the lost time . for it , it resides in our interest to enlarge our juridical system and of freedoms until rumanía and this is without a doubt an argument in the debate with our public opinion . however , there is a topic around which great interest exists: the amplification . my political group supports for it the terms of the transitory periods in the sector of the environment until a five year-old maximum . mr. president , is indispensable that we give a positive impulse to the amplification . certainly the debate continues opened up in what refers to the order of entrance of these countries , because they will be proven the progresses of its internal reformations . i am glad the report to be so positive and that eslovenia has really made an effort in a massive way to complete the approaches what i have been able to check in several occasions as director of the delegation being also present the sr. commissary . in my opinion , this proposal deserves to be examined . these forms of violence and of trade with women should be condemned and to already be combatted now with all the means as much in the ue as in the countries candidates . finishing , with this occasion , he/she wanted to share the thoughts and
